Life on the Farm

Life at Klase Family Farm revolves around the rhythms of caring for our animals and enjoying time together as a family.

Most evenings end with gathering eggs, checking on the flock, and making sure everyone has fresh food and water before settling in for the night. Rob is usually the one making the evening rounds, while Nicole and Paisley often help keep waterers full and the duck pond refreshed during Virginia’s hot summer days.

Our chickens and ducks spend their days exploring the property, scratching through the grass, hunting for bugs, and enjoying life outdoors. Watching their personalities come to life is one of our favorite parts of farm life.

Of course, life on the farm isn’t all work. You’ll often find family members baking in the kitchen, riding the golf cart around the property, chasing ducks through the yard, working on projects, or simply relaxing on the porch and enjoying the view.

Every season brings something new, and no two days are exactly alike. We are grateful for the opportunity to raise our family, care for God’s creation, and share a little piece of farm life with our community.
